tumblelikeyougiveadamn: Lunchtime Observation #2: On the Twin Cities street food tip, Joe’s Hot Dogs is now open on the NE corner of Sibley & 5th Street. Large Polish with chips and a pop: $5.25. Also: first Mountain Dew in about 6 years. (I think I’m probably good for another 6.)
